Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of UltimateModel AI. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

We fine-tune an open-weight AI model on data you supply and serve it behind an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. You keep ownership of your data and of the resulting model weights, and you can export them.

A current limitation, stated plainly: our hosted inference endpoint serves a subset of the base models available for training. Models that cannot yet be served are labelled “Training only” in the app before you choose one. Training works for every model in the catalogue.

• You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to host it, process it, and train and serve your model.
• You own the fine-tuned adapter weights produced from your data, on every plan, and may export them and leave at any time.
• Base models remain under their own upstream licences (for example Apache 2.0, the Llama Community Licence, or the Gemma Terms). Your use of a fine-tuned model is subject to the licence of the base model you chose.
• You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you upload, and for disclosing to your own end users that their interactions with your deployed model may be captured. See the Privacy Policy.

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown on the checkout page at the time you subscribe. That figure governs.
• Training runs beyond your plan’s monthly allowance are billed at $7 per run.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we have failed to provide the service and cannot remedy it — contact us and we will deal with it fairly.
• We will give at least 30 days’ notice before increasing the price of an existing subscription.

You agree not to use the service to:

• upload data you have no right to use, or that contains other people’s personal information without a lawful basis;
• generate content that is unlawful, that harasses or endangers people, or that is designed to deceive people about its automated origin;
• attempt to access another customer’s data, or to circumvent quota, rate or isolation controls;
• resell raw compute, or operate the service as a general-purpose proxy.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm or risk to other customers, and will tell you why.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. We do not offer an uptime SLA except on Enterprise plans, where it is agreed in writing. Training and inference are compute-bound, and timings quoted in marketing material are typical rather than guaranteed.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a fine-tuned model will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free from error — AI models produce incorrect output, and you should not rely on them for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences without human review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, or if required by law. On termination you can export your weights and data; exports remain available for 30 days, after which data is deleted.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance, and the updated date at the top of this page will change.
